Emini
Day Trading the Index Futures
Day trading the e-mini S&P
became a passion of mine after being introduced to it by Marsh Jones
in 2001. What's not to love? You get to day trade the e-mini without
having to interact with a live broker, because it's an electronic
market and you use a nifty trading platform, depending on your
broker of course. (All trading platforms are NOT created equal!).
You can even paper
trade the e-mini using a simulator while you're learning the
personality of this volatile market, and the mechanics of your
trading platform. What simulated e-mini trading cannot give you
however, is an idea of how profitable you will be when you actually
trade real money.
Day trading is NOT
suitable for everyone, it can be intense and fast moving and of
course very risky. However,
I've said it before: the most successful traders I've ever met are
the e-mini day traders...can anyone tell me why that should be?
