Commodity
trading forums are very popular with
traders and for a good reason. Trading
is a very lonely business, it's between
you and the markets. Being able to
exchange ideas and trading methods and
techniques with other traders on a
commodity trading forum is a very
relaxing and comforting thing to do
after the markets close.
Many of the commodity futures trading
forums are busy even during market
hours, some traders discuss their trades
as they place them, which is a lot of
fun for those of us just learning, it
helps us understand how a real money
trader places his trades and interacts
with the markets, and thus commodity
trading forums sometimes provide an
opportunity for paper trading.
Commodity Cafe Forum A totally unruly after
hours venue for traders to let off
steam. NOT for the faint of heart!
Cotton
Traders Forum The cotton forum has become
one with the Coffee and Softs, and
the fine folks at Traderville.org.
Deja News big newsgroup listing with
huge archives. Very touchy bunch of
traders, some of them. Makes a person
wonder if they'd be more at home at
misc.guerilla.warfare or similar. You
learn whose posts to avoid. Lots of
spam, but lots of good info too.
Friends and Traders Great site for Ken Roberts
students. When the old Softrade forum
had a melt down, the main posters on
their Ken Roberts forum got together
and formed this new one. Interesting
moderation policy, and you won't be
spammed by vendors, either.
Gabbin
Futures A comprehensive forum for
discussing Futures and
Commodities trading.
Numa Derivatives
Forum
The aims of this forum are to
encourage discussion on all topics
concerning derivatives. A busy site.
Raging Bull
Lots of message boards covering a wide
variety of topics. Primarily Stock
related but you can request your own
message board for any topic.
